Subscriptions

You can check the status of your subscription by logging into your account, then visiting the Orders tab. Here, you can view all the details for your subscription, including its current status.
Please email subscriptions@engagedmediamags.com to stop your subscription.
After purchasing your subscription, you'll receive an email with your subscription number and password. On a web browser, you can enter these details into Pocketmags to access your digital subscription. On your mobile device, you can download the iOS or Android app for the subscription brand you've purchased, then enter your subscription details to access.
Note: Apps are available for American Farmhouse Style, Atomic Ranch, American Outdoor Guide: Boundless, C10 Builder's Guide, Cottages & Bungalows, Diesel World, Drive, F100 Builder's Guide, Knives Illustrated, Street Trucks, and Tread. For special publications, please use Pocketmags to access.
During checkout, enter your information in the billing section, and the gift recipient's info in the shipping section. The gift subscription will be sent to the gift recipient.
Renewals
Renewal notices are sent to subscribers beginning six months prior to expiration, then again at regular intervals leading up to expiration. The mailing label on each issue indicates the subscription's expiration date. It is recommended that subscribers renew their subscriptions three months prior to expiration.
Shipping & Returns
Digital subscriptions are delivered instantly via email. For print subscriptions, customers residing in the U.S. can expect to receive their first issue 4-6 weeks after the order date. Canadian customers can expect their first issue within 5-7 weeks. International customers can expect their first issue in 6-8 weeks.
Different magazines have different publishing schedules. Depending upon the magazine, new issues are offered once a month, every two months, every three months, etc. Please check the product page for the particular publication to see its publishing frequency.
To update your shipping address, just log in to your account, then click the Update Address button next to your subscription on the dashboard.
Yes. However, international subscription rates and shipping fees will apply.
We allow ample time for magazine production and preparation for delivery, which includes properly labeling each issue to ensure it is sent to the correct subscriber. After the magazine is labeled, it is grouped according to zip codes, then forwarded to USPS. USPS delivers it to designated postal offices for distribution to subscribers in their area of jurisdiction.
Billing
To update the billing information for your subscription, just log in to your account, then navigate to the Orders tab. Click on the order you want to edit. Here, you'll be able to change the billing information.
When you request to cancel your subscription, a refund processing request is sent to our Accounting Department. Accounting will notify the Customer Service team of the processing of refund request. It will be credited in customer account with in 7-10 business days.
For Online Orders, a confirmation email indicating the order ID will be sent to subscribers.
For Phone Orders, the Customer Service team will provide the subscriber with the customer number and order number as confirmation at the time of the call. Upon the subscriber's request, such information can also be sent to an email account or to a fax number.
For Inserts sent, we recommend that subscribers contact customer service 2 to 3 weeks after sending a check to ensure our offices received it and that your order has been processed. You may also opt to wait for either your first issue or the bill, whichever comes first.
